A Job To Small

I rented property, has it inspected and the main stairs are not up to code. I called Hawk Construction and inquiried about an estimate and was not taken seriously. Two of the three phone conversations seemed as though I was a nuisance. On the third I was asked to call back in twenty minutes only to leave a message. I did not receive answers to important questions and concerns about my rental property and scheduling with this company was a hassle. I've seen projects completed by Hawk Construction and I expected their service to reflect that. I've taken another approach to contact the company. Currently, for me, Hawk Construction has decided some jobs are to small.
